Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
In today’s competitive era, quality is a prime factor. Quality output from any machine depends on machine’s repeat performance. To get repeat performance; machine maintenance is a key factor. Maintenance of Electronic Security and IT Products requires special skills. Every organization may not have specialized Electronic Security System & IT Infrastructure maintenance team to take care of all variety of Products. Electronic Security and IT Infrastructure Products manufacturers and distributors are the best people to support in maintaining these Electronic security and IT products as total technology is available with them. In order to help our customers in getting the best throughput from the Installed Products, we have introduced the concept of Annual Maintenance Contracts for the Electronic Security & IT Infrastructure Products .
This type of contract covers the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all components of the Electronic Security & IT infra structure system. It provides comprehensive coverage and is suitable for high-security environments. We cover all the electronic security and IT Products and accessories At the time of contract, all the product should be in good condition.
General Terms & Conditions
Period of Contract
The contract is valid for Annual from the date of signing of memorandum of understanding (MOU) on AMC. This may be renewed Annual subject to rendering of satisfactory service & fulfilling the term & conditions.
Payment Term
For all AMC, payment will be made on Annual basis.
Maintenance of Parts
Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System includes Camera Visibility Test, DVR Or NVR Recording Test, DVR or NVR Settings Verification, and Disk Error Check. Replacement of CCTV parts and some consumable items are not covered under AMC. However the servicing agency may provide such components and the price may be fixed at the time of signing of AMC.
Quality of Spares:
The equipment parts replaced must be new and equivalent in performance of existing parts.
Additional Charges
The AMC cost includes the traveling cost for rendering service throughout the Annual period for one or all locations & for one or all systems.
Service Tax
The AMC cost excludes service tax charged by State or Central Govt. for rendering this type of service.
Working Hours
The maintenance work shall normally be done during working hours of the customer. However, in case of emergency maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on holidays prior management through proper communication should be worked out in all cases by the servicing agencies.
Final Authority
The final authority for payments will be Head of the Organization offering the AMC.
Budget
For Comprehensive AMC after inspected your site Generally, it cost from 25% of your invoice value (not included cable and service charges at the time of installation in total cost). Cable never under Comprehensive AMC.

- Boom Barrier @ Rs. 7500/- per unit.
Limitations:
Minimum AMC Amount is Rs. 15000/- for one location. It may combination of all products in same location.

Maintenance of Parts (AMC Includes)
The AMC cost includes the traveling cost and Maintenance of the CCTV Surveillance System includes 12 Visits (3 Visits per Quarter) to the site for Camera Visibility Test, DVR / NVR Recording Test, DVR / NVR Settings Verification, and Disk Error Check. Any additional visits beyond Eight Visits, Rs. 700/- will be charged. Services and Connectors are the part of AMC.
For Example: Our technician diagnosed the issue with a DVR then we’ll get warranty services “to and fro” and restore the DVR after availing warranty services from Principle Company. If your existing DVR is purchased from other supplier then it’s your responsibility to get warranty services Or you can provide Bill of Purchase then we’ll get warranty services from principle company on Best Effort Basis. Replacement of CCTV parts and some consumable items are not covered under AMC. It’ll on chargeable basis and prices are already published at our website.
AMC Not Includes:
Product stand-by and part replacement are not the part of AMC. Password Reset, Relocation
of products and Data Back-up services are on chargeable basis.

Whats We Not Cover in Comprehensive AMC
- Damage caused by any process of cleaning, dyeing or bleaching, restoring, servicing, preventative maintenance, repairing or renovating or deterioration arising from wear and tear, moth, vermin, insects or mildew or any other gradually operating cause.
- Loss or damage caused by mechanical or electrical derangement/breakdown of any article unless caused by accidental external means or specifically declared and accepted by us and expressly stated in the policy schedule.
- Loss or damage due to misplacement, misuse, reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct associated with handling and use of the covered item.
We not coverage against accidental damages to CCTV camera . (repair and replacement costs beard by Client)
We not coverage against damage or loss caused to the CCTV camera due to actual or intended robbery at your premises.
We didn’t comprehensive coverage against perils such as fire, riots, lightning, explosion, and also natural calamities like storms, earthquakes, floods, etc.
Whats We Not Cover in Comprehensive AMC
Under an AMC, CCTV cameras receive periodic (2 Visit random per month) maintenance visits, including
cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of crucial components. This helps identify and resolve potential
issues before they escalate, ensuring uninterrupted surveillance.
Timely maintenance and repair can prevent significant breakdowns that may require expensive
